313.Space
Add to MyMarketA new, curated market experience opening this Fall. A striking, state-of-the-art space set in a historically restored 155,000 sq ft 20th century mill, surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces. Conceived by Rudi Nijssen and Dominique Sente, the visionary couple behind antiques market and lighting brand Schwung, this state-of-the-art facility will open its doors from October 23-30, 2024, showcasing a new curated market experience with an unparalleled blend of outdoor luxury, antique dealers, and cutting-edge design. "We envision 313 Space as an antithesis to the typical market building," said Rudi, co-founder of Schwung. "Our goal was to create an environment that not only showcases exceptional products, but also provides an inspiring experience for visitors." We've curated a mix of 60 designers and brands with a shared ethos to exhibit in our unique space. Additionally, Schwung Home will be occupying the majority of the first floor, joined by the new Dedon US Headquarters, both of which will be open year-round.
