TULSI by Tara Hogan

Tara Hogan applies intuitive techniques, spontaneous mark making, and minimal material application–media including oil and paint, natural pigments, pencil, and up-cycled paper–the artist explores the uncharted potential of raw creativity in an organic dance echoing past and present. She seeks to create a perceivable visual moment where chance and control are inextricable.
