Mandolin Orange

Sunday, October 20
Show starts at 7pm
Center Stage, at the Transportation Terminal

Warm and intimate, like secrets whispered by lamplight, the songs of Mandolin Orange are simple and quiet, but hold a staggering power beneath their hushed surface. Formed in 2009 by singers and multi-instrumentalists Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz, the group has produced five albums of Marlin’s original works of American roots music. Their last three albums have climbed up the US Rock, Heat, Folk, and Country charts, with their latest peaking at number 1 on US Heat and number 2 on US Folk.
