Just a couple of things you’ll need to do to help us operate safely

Bring the pass you received in the mail with you
(This way, you won’t have to stand in any registration line upon arrival. If you’re not already registered, online registration will remain open throughout Market. Please register online before visiting a registration desk to make the visit more efficient.)

Pack your face coverings along with your comfortable shoes
(If you forget or lose yours, we have extras at any info booth)

Participate in daily health checks
(You will receive a color-coded bracelet allowing access to all Market buildings and services within the Market district, if your temperature is less than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit and you have no COVID-19 symptoms)

Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer frequently
(You will find hand sanitizer stations throughout the Market district)

Practice social distancing
(Maintain a 6-foot distance from other persons when waiting in line or sitting in a public area)

Respect the safety requirements of any space you enter
(Please follow any capacity, health screening, food and beverage, or other restrictions you encounter)

Shop Smart
(When visiting community businesses, look for the Count On Me NC signs indicating that they have received safety training)

Transportation Updates

Here’s how we’re keeping you safe from point-to-point

  • Downtown Market district served by Go-Anywhere shuttles only, Call 336-887-RIDE (7433) to secure your single party shuttle
  • All shuttles operating at 50% capacity and face coverings are required
  • Reservations required for shuttles to and from the Raleigh (RDU) and Charlotte (CLT) airports
  • No changes to the morning and evening Hotel Shuttles schedules. However, there will be no mid-day routes
