HOW TO: Tips on using the Market Planner
  • Enter your email address and password to log in to the market planner (should you forget your password select the option to have it emailed to you)
  • 1st time users please register your email address and create a password
  • If you are logged into the market planner, you will have the option to add any event or exhibitor to your plan.
  • To add an event or exhibitor please be sure that you are logged into the Market Planner. As you browse through the exhibitors or events, you will see a button next to each item labeled "Add to Plan." Simply click this button and the exhibitor or event will be added to your market plan. If an item has been added to your plan the "Add to Plan" button will now say "Remove." Clicking "Remove" will delete the exhibitor or event from your plan.
  • You can also manage and print your plan from the Market Planner screen. Click on the calendar icon located on the left of the website. From this page you can see all the events and exhibitors in your plan, remove events or exhibitors that you no longer want in your plan, and print your plan. You can also print a copy of the downtown shuttle map from the Market Planner section.
  • Remember, you must log in to the Market Planner to add events and exhibitors.
